Thought of the Day

I don't believe in morality, but I believe in ethical conduct as set out by His Holiness the Dalai Lama: "Ethical conduct = a way of behaving that respects others’ right to be happy".

An in-valuable blog

You will all agree, my dearest *blog-fella*, that a blog is priceless for a myriad of reasons: a blog collects words coming from the heart, it's your window overlooking the world, it's your own creature. You don't write for money, for profit, or interest. Oh, no. You write to cure your wounds, to read, be read and re-read yourself, to share, be shared and create a borderless net (see all my speculations on why a blog here). You have no idea how happy you make me every day. How awe-inspiring and thrilling is for me (and my self-esteem) to see the coloured flags fanning on my NeoCounter window. Now--it may be the usual crowd of friends and family compulsively following my posts, for pure pity. It may be. I don't really care, as long as the site meter keeps tracking down some-one accessing my blog, even by mistake, I will be happy and cheerful. Said that, my joy raised to the exponential degree when Personalita' Confusa, The most popular blogger in Italy--therefore an authority for me, reported that your blog can be worth $$! According to the the blogologist Tristan Louis--PC informs--through mysterious (to me) calculations, your blog's value can be estimated at: How Much is Worth My Blog Ehm... I am not greedy. I am not.

You are richer than me.

I bet it is (worth more). Not only for the volume and quality of the content, but also for all the links to and from it...
