I don't believe in morality, but I believe in ethical conduct as set out by His Holiness the Dalai Lama: "Ethical conduct = a way of behaving that respects others’ right to be happy".

king of the kitchen

I am glad to present two master-dishes of Loftino's Kitchen:
Shepherd's Pie (half with sweet potatoes and half with regular potatoes)

and Roast-beef:
baked in beer and mustard and garnished by sweet potatoes and veggies (asparagus and runner-beans)
